FERTILITY PELVIC FLOOR PT
Using a holistic model, Sonya is intuitively led as she applies evidence-based care to address the “drivers” of symptoms. A womb with greater movement, blood flow and lymphatic clearing has greater function thus optimizing conditions for conception. It can be used as a stand-alone therapy and/or used as an adjunct to other assisted reproductive technology techniques (ART) such as IUI or IVF. Sonya is a strong believer in the mind-body connection and supports an integrative approach to healthcare. Born out of personal experience, Oasis offers services in a safe, nurturing environment with a whole-body focus from a trauma-informed perspective.

Sonya Worthy Okolo, founder of Oasis PT & Pelvic Health, trained Doula, Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist, and Certified Mercier Therapist, provides pelvic floor therapy in Bethesda, MD and Columbia, MD. Specialty programs include Fertility Optimization,
Birth Support, and Pelvic Pain Relief. After her own (O.A.S.I.S.) birth trauma, an interest was sparked in pelvic floor therapy with dreams of better for herself and others...a place of ease, prevention, and recovery.
