I know that infertility isn't just a physical challenge – it's an emotional rollercoaster. I've felt the intense mix of hope, frustration, longing, and resilience that defines this journey. I've ridden this rollercoaster for years, trying everything from Clomid and timed intercourse to IUI and the heart-wrenching process of IVF with ICSI.

After all the emotional ups and downs, I was blessed to welcome two beautiful babies into my life through IVF. But here's the part they don't tell you: I thought that a positive positive pregnancy test would be a magical cure for all the pain. The excitement quickly gave way to overwhelming anxiety and the constant worry of losing the pregnancy I had fought so hard for. I grappled with intrusive thoughts and postpartum depression after having a colicky baby. This deeply personal experience, with all its ups and downs, became the turning point for a transformation in my personal and professional life.

I wholeheartedly believe in the power of turning pain into purpose. So, I embarked on advanced coursework and training, equipping myself with the knowledge and skills to support individuals and couples facing similar challenges.
